Another amazing day!!!!

They were not kidding when they said an arctic chill was headed to Florida. Today when we hit the Lagoon the temps were in the high 30's. Man was it cold on the ride to our first spot of the day. I tell you it was worth the pain. Ben made two casts and it was fish on!!! Who says Redfish won't eat flies in cold weather.

I will have to say the highlight of the day was this huge!!!!! Sea Trout that eat a well presented glades minnow. This time of year is awesome for sightfishing these big fish in really shallow water.

Ben's goal today was to top his six fish day yesterday and he blow it out of the water. As you know presentation is everything in this game we play and he had it dialed in.

This was the big redfish of the day and after seven or eight big runs I tailed this beauty. Well... Ben gets to play one more day before he heads back to the snowy north.

The weather looks great for the next week so take a look at your calendars and book your trip today. Look forward to fishing with you!
